From a small gear that is half a palm to a large gear that weighs 36 kilograms, the process of upgrading "BEST" products is by no means as simple as getting bigger.

Big gear production requires a brand new production line. Like this 4000-ton electric screw press, there is only one in our company in Zhejiang.

In order to open up the market and improve the company's energy level, "BEST" started to build a large gear production line in 2017. Zhuang Lingshen said that even the manufacturer of some of the supporting equipment of this line was the first time to produce it. "It took us a lot of time to debug and change." It finally took two years and invested more than 25 million yuan. The new production line only started at the end of 2019. Operation and mass production began at the beginning of this year.

Although the investment is large and time-consuming, Zhuang Lingshen believes that this investment is very worthwhile. "As soon as construction started after the year, we received an order for large gears worth four to five million yuan!" Zhuang Lingshen said that currently there are not many companies in the same industry that can make large gears, and some companies will resume work after the year. Difficulties, well-prepared "BEST" worked hard to seize the market, and signed large gear orders with upstream leading companies such as China National Heavy Duty Truck and Qingte Group, which opened up a new situation for corporate development.
